✍️ Each personalization will add charges to your cart, which will appear as items called "Personalize with…". Please DO NOT DELETE these charges from the cart; we will not process your personalizations if you remove them.

⚠️ Your custom text will be printed EXACTLY as submitted, including any misspelled content, capitalization, and punctuation, so make sure to double-check your input before placing your order. We simply copy-paste your text AS IS, because we do not know the difference between intentional misspellings (nicknames, inside jokes, made-up words) versus unintended mistakes. You are 100% responsible for checking all text before sending.

✅ After you upload your images and place your order, within 1-2 business days, we’ll review what you sent and let you know when work has begun. If we run into any issues, we will reach out via email. ✉️

⚠️ Note: your response time will impact total timeframe for delivery.

Next, after 1-2 more business days, we’ll send a mockup for you to review. 🖼 You can give us feedback if you would like any minor adjustments (such as tweaking placement of characters).

From there, we’ll email you a final preview, usually within 1 business day. If no further changes are requested by you within 24 hours, we will send your order into production. 🤝

After that, your item will take 2-7 business days to print and pack, then 2-5 business days of transit to arrive. 📦

All of the above timeframes are estimates and we do our very best to honor them. However during times of high demand 🎄, these steps may take a bit longer, so order early if you have a specific delivery date you'd like to hit.

Q: What are the "Personalize with…" items in my cart?

A: When you personalize your item and add it to cart, the charges for customization services will appear as additional line items in the cart. DO NOT DELETE these charges if you would like to personalize your product, otherwise we will treat your item as a non-personalized order.

A: Yes. You will need to personalize and add each customized item to cart, one at a time. Note that you will see personalization charges applied for each additional version.

Production: 2 - 7 business days before shipping.

Shipping: 2 - 5 business days of transit to reach addresses in the USA. We will notify you and send a tracking code when your order ships.
