We do not accept returns — see why below — but we will promptly replace defective items such as misprints, bad sewing, or flawed material.

So before you buy, please consider sizing, color, and other details carefully. We will gladly answer all of your questions to make sure you're confident about what you'll receive.

If you do find a defect in your purchased item, no worries! We’ll fix you up right away. Send an email to us with a clear photo of the problem, your name and order number, plus a brief description of the issue. We’ll sort everything out for you.

Why no returns?

To put it plainly, we aren’t Amazon and don’t possess their globe-eating resources. We’re a tiny team running a small shop (with a soul!). We work hard for modest margins, and that means a return policy would kill our business.
